Physician Clinical Exchange > Titanium oxide

My aesthetician treated a lady with the Alma Q Switch. The patient failed to tell us that she had a flesh colored tattoo on her forehead to cover scars from a MVA. The tattoo contained titanium which oxidized. She now has several bright green lines where her scars were on her forehead. We've tried to bring this oxidized material to the surface and then use microdermabrasion but so far this hasn't been effective. Does anyone have any experience with removing this pigment from the skin?
