I am looking for a Nd-Yag 1064, what can I shoose between : Candela Gentle Yag,Cynosure Acclaim and Laserscope Lyra.

The acclaim is a Q/s laser for tatto and pigmented lesions . The other two are long pulse lasers . So if you are looking for skin tightening ( face or body ) the GentleYAg has a bigger spot size , 18 mm !!!

the tightening parameters call for smaller spot on gentle yag, 10mm I think. I worked for a company that used laserscope and I didn't see the results. I used cool touch and saw variable results. Don't the clinicals suggest CO2:YAG or FRaxel yield better results?

If you look at LHR alone, the studies show that the best wavelengths are 755, 810 and then the 1064.
