I had Pearl fractional done on my face 2 months ago and the pin dots are still on my face. Can someone tell me if this will go away?

I have seen this once with this laser and heard of it once with CO2 fractional
Apparently the CO2 fractional pattern took 6 months to clear
The pearl fractional patient was retreated with Pearl non- fractional to improve/remove it
I would go back and complain and get them to retreat with Pearl nonfractional or similar to improve it

I have never had it happen on the face but did see it on a treatment for abdominal stretch marks. I had used an fractionated erbium with a spot size of 400 microns. That is why i like a smaller spot size for fractionated ablative lasers. We used some tretinoin and the spots went away without any problems.
