I have a guy I just took my laser to... he was wonderful. Had it fixed in one day.... On Memorial Day even. I have been screwed over by some repair technician's and repair depot's. I have worked with lumenis lasers for over 9 years, and he showed me things I didnt even know about...(he didnt have to do that). I felt really good about the repair, and it was a fair cost with peace of mind that it was done right.

We have a Lumenis Lightsheer ET 400 ms that needs some preventive maintenance. It's no longer on warranty. Any suggestions for a tech outside of Lumenis?
