I know of a Palomar Q YAG 5. It is not brand new (3-5 yrs old) but I have used it personally and can say works fine and does what it should.

I would check out Candela's Q-Switched Alexandrite (755 nm). It also has 1064 and 532. Alex works well for Greens and Blues (this is what we have been told). We have had the Candela for about a month. We will soon see our first patients back. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Would love to be able to have significant impact on Green and Blue tattoos (MedliteC6 not very good with these colors!).

JEE, any update on those greens and blues with the Alex?
