What you about to read is the result of ten years of hands-on business experience with medical spas. This advice is not what you'll hear from the endless host of medical spa 'consultants' or trainers, instead, it's exactly the same blueprint that I used in the seven medical spas that I owned and ran in four different states. It's also the result of all of the failures  and successes that I've seen from the hundreds of physicians that I've talked with, consulted and learned from.

Without the skills and commitment that come from building a business, most physicians never get to the point where they build a cosmetic practice that runs on autopilot without them. The lack of marketing, sales and operational SYSTEMS below is THE reason why most physicians fail to control their lifestyle and just have a job that they own.
Most physicians lack the right mindset to run their clinic or medical spa as a professional operation that works without their constant interaction. Without congruency between your business strategy, tactics, and the implementation of operational systems, no amount of good advice, tips, techniques or training will get you to the place you want to be. You'll constantly be hitting your head against the wall or sitting in corner paralyzed by inefficiencies without knowing what actions to take.

It's my goal with this Medical Spa Profit's Blueprint to open your eyes if you're a physician in cosmetic medicine who wants to take control of your business, income and lifestyle.

While we've tried to lay this out logically, the information, resources, tasks and operations that are included in this guide are modular and can be implemented independently. While this is not a comprehensive guide to how to perform every treatment or train every staff member, this blueprint includes all of the individual products and services that I've personally used to implement these tactics.

I won't lie to you. It's not easy to get to the point where your business runs itself and throws of lots of cash every month, but it's not that complicated either. Building a real business is not something that you have to work hard to implement in your clinic, but you do have to be consistent over time and, most importantly, work smart with the right mental attitude to get you there.

Prepare to be shocked, disappointed and, finally, energized with a new workable attitude and specific steps that organize and grow your clinic and your profits.
