Does anyone of you rent space within their practice to a cosmetic injector? Can you give me an idea of how this works? I have an employee who has a steep salary. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have a colleague that has a similar arrangement, however the physician pays for the injectables/neuromodulators/supplies. The revenue is split 50/50.

I've had an arrangement that a physician would come a day a week and i bring him my clients and he will treat them.
It was also 50/50 and he paid for the injectables.
That was actually the best arrangement i could find, others i spoke with wanted alot more than 50/50 so much that i'd be with something like $10 in my pocket per client, which is insane.
At the end it didn't end well with that physician, he was an ass, trying to cheat all my clients by telling them one price and then "injecting" more and charge more money, in reality many clients were unhappy because he didn't inject as much as they were paying him to do.
I lost quite a few good clients because he of him, even though it was his work, it was my name on the line.

I am a Nurse Injector and a Permanent Makeup artist as well. I own all my equipment and supplies. We have a 70/30 split for all permanent makeup. As for injectables, I work hourly for my MD.
