I'm attaching some links with the hope there are some like minded people willing to offer their services to help some kids who made some bad choices re-enter society.. I made this plea in 2009 and had 2 offices in Philly and Baltimore respond..Since then the Tattoo removal field has grown in leaps and bounds.

I am the owner/operator of Arizona Laser Skin Solutions, Tempe, Az. We began free gang and ex-con tattoo removal 6 months ago. Our only requirement is they are sent by parole/probation officers or police. This has worked well for us. We only remove the tattoos that are interfering with employment. This has turned out to be one of my most enjoyable times. Thank you for pointing out the need.
