Sciton: Joule & BBL > Hemosiderin deposits from purpura on Sciton BBL

I have a Fitz II patient that I did a BBL IPL treatment for pigmentation and telengectasias at 515 Filter, 15J, 10ms, 15 cooling, followed by a MLP at 20 microns, 30% overlap. I know this is rather aggressive. She developed purpura the size of a quarter post treatment on her cheeks because of her many telengectasias, and now, 4 weeks later the purpuric spots have turned into rust color hemosiderin deposits or they could be Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation spots. Any recommendations out there? I was thinking of just putting her on Triluma cream for a month. I have a sciton Profile with BBL, 1064, Erbium, Profractional XC - the works. Would the Profractional XC help break up the hemosiderin, since it also works well for Melasma?

You can put her on Triluma, but this condition will disappear itself in 2-3 months. I have a lot of purpura after BBL, it resolves every time.
