to my surprise, an unexpected surprise, i will write about our Melasma patients who have been treated with many treatments with little or no success (Fraxel 1550, Pixel, Hydroquinone 4%, IPL, Nd:Yag....)
1927nm on Fraxl duo has removed 60-90% of our patient's melasma in 1 treatment.
Now I shall observe with bleaching agents as maintenance...
Has anyone found similar results or the opposite to this?
