I am a fraxel user and have always been interested in combination therapy. Benefits of fraxel for textural improvement is high, but tightening is not significant enough. I would bet Thermage would be a great enhancement to fraxel results.

My facial skin always looks dull and dead.So I used Thermage on my whole face with the expectation that facial skin would be tightened. Unfortunate it didn't serve that purpose. Perhaps Thermage is forthose who have visible wrinkles & laxity on the skin.

I am a physician and have negotiated with Solta ep to buy a new Thermage CPT. Juts to make sure they deliver what they promise, I asked them to do a half face treatment on me to do away with bias. The treatment was painless and easy and only one session unlike accent XL. So far after 5 days from my treatment, I see some brow lift and reduction of crow's feet and also cheek tightening on the treated side. They say the tightening increases up to 6 months. I am waiting for more results but so far so good. Don't forget to take before and after pictures for your own comparison.
