purchased 2008 Fraxel restore and it works great. However bought tip from 3rd party and software on system recognized unauthorized tip and locked system out even though tip was marked and packaged as original fraxel tip. I contacted Fraxel and of course they want $20,000 to certify which is not a financial option for me. Any service techs known that may be able to help?

I am from Australia. We recently bought a 2008 Fraxel Re-store (same as yours) & we are waiting for the tip.
Your comment got me concerned. What if I am sent a tip from a third party & the system locks?
