The most commented on post about Dermacare Laser and Skin Care Clinics is now appearing. I put this down to a technical glitch of some sort since I did nothing and it seems to be working fine now.

We need more "cow-bell"! More "cow-bell". I think I might withdraw if the Dermacare Blog is lost!
Glad to hear CM didn't pull a fast one on the blog-masters! Overall I think the Dermacare threads are the least of his concerns these days. There are quite a few ongoing legal battles for him to wallow in.
I think Carl tried to pull a fast one, but I have the whole blog backed up as a word document, so if he ever gets rid of the original, just let me know and we can put it back up. Too much fun and comedy to let this blog go. Remember, Carl is all about control and revisionist history.
I love this site! It's really shed a light on the med spa franchise industry for me. I don't understand how it's possible that not one decent person, or at least someone with business ethics, is at the helm of any of the big corporations. Aren't legal documents supposed to be public knowledge? Does anyone know of links to official reports/newspaper articles/rulings, etc. on Chuck Engelmann,Rick Frisk, John Buckingham, and their like?
Does anybody know how to reach Carl Mudd? I'm trying to write a story today in the Phoenix Business Journal about the changes at Dermacare and need to interview him.

Good luck with your article. I would hope you write it from an objective perspective rather than just using the propaganda Carl slings. His personal pecadillos aside, his publicly visible business dealings and judgements are evidence that something is rotten in Scotsdale(or wherever he has moved the Corporate office). Don't be surprised if he threatens you with a libel suit if you don't write exactly what he says.
