Unbeknown to most physicians in the U.S. is that abroad many of these lip overdoses are not due to radiesse, juvederm etc, but due to the use of biopolymers and liquid silicone.
The latter two are the culprits of most lip/face deformations we see in women from countries abroad. They're really two terrible materials that should be banned as fillers.

I know they say big lips are more attractive but this is going way overboard. It doesn't appear to be just in Russian that has this problem, take look at every newspaper stand, it's all over the world. We saw a girl that was 18 or 19 years old that had bigger lips the Mic Jagger. How sad it is that so many feel like they need plastic surgery in order to be pretty. When will they learn?
MH is absolutely right about the popularity of silicone injection abroad. Silicone injection is huge in certain parts of China as well. Silicone breast injections are very popular where doctors are injecting up to 200-250mL of silicone polymers via needles to make these incredible scarless breast augmentation. It is sad to think what's going to happen to these women 20 years down the line when they wish to have these products removed.
I pity these women, (and that guy at the top) in five years once this initial fad wears off. I hope they're using Resylane of Juvederm of something else that's temporary at least.
