Education has traditionally been power. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do a few intramuscular injections, if a child with diabetes can inject insulin, then why couldn't the average woman figure out how to inject her own botox, especially after paying a doctor to do it in the same spots every 3 - 5 months over a period of years? Trust me, any woman who has had botox more than a few times is going to remember the approximate injection sites, pain is after all, the best teacher. And if she doesn't happen to remember, she can always look on youtube, there are a million educational videos on there showing exactly how and where to inject.
Is the Chinese product any more dangerous than what is being produced by Allergan? Possibly. But when you factor in shady doctors who over-dilute to save a few dollars, or who are anxious to get their own botox from China for the same reason, ordering onine is probably no more dangerous than some things going on in doctors offices. Then add in the frauds that have no training or medical degree but show up at your local spa offering Botox at a discount, or the Botox parties, and well, this is maybe even safer. The Chinese actually do more cosmetic procedures per capita than the populations of many other countries, and their research is a growing body. If they can come up with procedures to increase someone's height, why can't they make a safe botox? I know doctors are annxious to blast this as a dangerous and unsafe practice, but seriously, look around you, there are plenty of things going on that are far worse. And, with an average savings of over 90%, unless legit docs are going to start charging more reasonable prices, this is probably going to be the wave of the future.

Charles MD comments on Frontdesk SEO: Medical Spa Marketing & Keyword Selection

<created>2010-07-23T18:55:26Z</created><issued>2010-07-23T18:55:26Z</issued><modified>2010-07-23T18:55:26Z</modified>

I really appreciate the clarity this post gave me.
